Pussy Riot


Here's a portrait the feminist punk rock collective, Pussy Riot. This Russian band uses their music and performance to support the rights of women, immigrants, and the LGBT community. They also stand in opposition to the draconian policies of Russian President, Vladimir Putin. Signed prints of this portrait are available here!

Life as I See It


On Monday I attended the funeral of a very good man - who also happened to be a Korean War Veteran. At his interment, I couldn't help but pull out my sketchbook to capture the flag ceremony (above). What a powerful way to honor service to our country.
