Here's a new piece I cooked up for Rutgers Magazine. It accompanies an article about a Greek husband and wife who were the longest running couple employed by this great university. They were short-order cooks - and given that they both lived to over 100 years old - I'd like to know what's in the tasty burgers they served up!
