Ocean Therapy

I was able to get some ocean therapy this week, taking in the sights, sounds and scents of Bethany Beach, Delaware. Without a doubt, spending time at the ocean is good for your mental health!

Life is a Beach

Here are some sketchbook spreads from my stay at Bethany Beach, Delaware last week. Sitting by the ocean and drawing is a truly relaxing experience.

Chillin' at the Pool

As they say in Boston, it's been a 'wicked hot' summer here in the Hudson Valley. So I decided to pool together some sketches (drawn at the Red Hook Pool) to help cool things off.

Families who go to the pool together, have fun together.
